Flamenco shows for corporate events in Madrid

Congresses, gala dinners, incentives, product launches and company parties. We design the flamenco moment of your programme — from the welcome to an original piece for the opening — with one point of contact and the performance guaranteed.

What fits where

Six moments where flamenco makes the event

Every programme has one moment delegates remember. We help you place flamenco in the agenda, with the right line-up, so it adds to the event instead of interrupting it.

01

Welcome & cocktail

Reception

Solo flamenco guitar or a voice-and-guitar duo while delegates arrive. Contained volume: conversation continues.

Best for: Receptions, networking cocktails, openings.

02

Gala dinner set

20 – 30 min

The most requested corporate format. Voice, guitar and dance between courses, without disrupting service.

Best for: Gala dinners, closing dinners, Christmas parties.

03

Congress opening

4 – 8 min · original piece

A piece created for your event, rehearsed with the cast and timed to hand over cleanly to the official opening.

Best for: Congresses, conventions, product launches.

04

Full flamenco show

By programme

A full cuadro flamenco — voice, guitar, percussion and dance — for a seated audience, with an optional introduction to each style.

Best for: Galas, anniversaries, events with a stage.

05

Flamenco team building

Before the show

A beginners' workshop in sevillanas or palmas (flamenco hand-clapping), led by the dancers who perform afterwards. The team then watches the show with new eyes.

Best for: Team days, incentives, company dinners.

06

Party & DJ close

Open

Rumbas and flamenco versions everyone sings along to, then DJ Znas takes the room to the dance floor.

Best for: Company parties, after-congress events.

Our signature format

An original piece for your brand or your congress

For openings, launches and conventions we create a four-to-eight-minute flamenco piece that tells your story. It is not a repertoire set: it is a premiere designed for that stage, that audience and that message.

“The body, origin of movement”

Commissioned by the Spanish Association of Physiotherapists (Asociación Española de Fisioterapeutas, AEF) to open the 6th Europe Region Physiotherapy Congress (IFEMA Madrid, 5 November 2026): free guitar and movement, Madrid’s classic chotis reworked as bulerías, footwork and shawl, and a final unison that hands over to the official opening.

Questions planners ask us

How long is a flamenco set at a corporate dinner?

Twenty to thirty minutes works best: long enough for the performance to build, short enough to stay inside the run sheet and the kitchen service. For welcomes and cocktail receptions we play ambience sets for as long as the reception lasts.

Can you create an original piece for our brand or congress?

Yes. We listen to the message of the event — sector, theme, brand values — and create an original four-to-eight-minute piece with its own rehearsals, designed to open a congress, launch a product or close a convention.

Do you need a stage?

No. Dance needs a clear, hard floor of at least 3 × 3 metres. Many Madrid venues have parquet or marble; where the floor is unsuitable we bring a professional dance floor and tell you before confirming, never on the day.

Do you bring your own sound system?

Yes. The artists bring, set up and strike their own PA and coordinate timings directly with the venue or the production company. If the venue has its own system, we review it in advance with the AV team.

Does flamenco work for an international audience?

It needs no translation. On request the artists introduce each flamenco style briefly in English before performing it, which turns watching into understanding. We handle enquiries in English, Spanish, French, Chinese and Japanese.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. We work under written contract, issue a proper invoice with VAT itemised and supply the supplier documentation your procurement team requires.

How much does a corporate flamenco show cost?

It depends on the line-up, the running time, the location and the technical needs; you receive a closed price within 24 hours. As a guide, corporate shows usually start from around €1,200 + VAT.

What happens if an artist falls ill?

Every formation has a named understudy from the moment the booking is confirmed. If an artist cannot perform, we replace them with an artist of equal or higher standard at no extra cost.

Do agencies and DMCs get partner rates?

Yes. Agencies working several dates a year receive a dedicated rate card and our MICE partner dossier in English, so you can price a programme before contacting us.
